Philadelphia is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Traffic in Philadelphia peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. Addresses read from the street number up to the city, state abbreviation and five-digit ZIP code; the map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I know there are more than a few negative reviews for this place, but honestly I had a wonderful interaction with both the woman who drew my blood, and the doctor (Dr. Lori) who did my throat swab. They were compassionate and relaxed, and Dr. Lori showed more kindness and care than my regular nurse practitioner. She answered all of my sexual health questions, and I felt completely comfortable talking with her. The ONLY downside was that I went during my lunch hour (which is the busiest time to go) and had to wait nearly 2.5 hours to be seen. From what I understand, they were at half-staff from noon to 2:30pm, so honestly it makes sense since there were nearly 15 people waiting ahead of me. I'll definitely be going back for future testing, although I'll stick to the low-traffic hours next time.

before going anywhere I try to do research this place stated that on Wednesday's they are open until 7:00 p.m. I got there at 5:50 p.m. the front desk receptionist was a wonderful woman to talk to. I hate to throw in race but she was a very sweet woman of Asian descent . when I asked her I would like to be seen for testing she stated that they closed off the line for people to be seen. she was saying she could get her manager and I told her no that's okay I'm not complaining because you're just doing your job but she just really wanted to see if I could be seen so she brought her manager up and the manager was not warm at all and vague ..Just repeating a phrase she remembered to get people away from the window. I can understand that there is a backup in seeing people but why not update the website ..People are wasting their time if the time is inaccurate!!!! Don't post 7pm to see people if you are turning them away at 5:50pm ...Just say you open at 7:45am and the line to see people will close at 12pm instead of 7pm on Wednesdays.

Iβm just going to flat out say The woman at the front desk was amazing The person who took my blood was pretty decent After that, it went downhill I went there for something totally different, but the practitioner was more concerned with the blood pressure and heart rate. I unfortunately have white coat syndrome which means I go out of my damn mind when Iβm going into these places, the health system is trash. People need to be more understanding about panic and anxiety when youβre going to a doctors office itβs a very unsettling thing. To say the least, I left out of there pretty much uncured they turned me away for one thing Without exactly understanding the round out part of it This is the place. I will definitely never go again and I wouldnβt recommend that anybody else go there if you go the other other one thing the usual medical field they start looking for other things. Yes, you have to be aware of your health. Yes certain conditions are dangerous, but to let somebody leave their uncured is not exactly sanitary. Do not go here if you know what I mean for certain things

Itβs a love/hate relationship some of the front desk is rude and I called 3 days straight no one answered. There is a lady at the front desk in the morning time who is nice and she always answers the phone I been going here for a long time some doctors are amazing others are eh. It all depends on when you go and who you see.

Guy was rude and dismissive at front desk when my ticket number was called up. Appeared to be arab or spanish male, early 40s. Had to call to get my results, they told me I should get a link or email with my results in a week. When I called a week later they said I would have to wait an additional 7-10 business days to receive an email or link since they are done by a 3rd party. Had to stop by and get my results in person. So silly and misleading. The Dr was great that I saw though. Just crazy waiting time frame to get results. Some other places only take 2 days
